This Moon Etching is a unique and beautiful piece of art. It will bring an elegant and timeless feel to any wall in your home, office or studio.  Printmaking processes are a time consuming and analogue method of image creation.  This moon etching plate was hand cut and bevelled before a wax ground was baked onto the plate.  Using specialist etching tools the moons surface was drawn into before emerging in an acid bath the 'etch' and eat the drawing.  All prints are hand inked and hand printed in a traditional printroom on fabriano paper.
